And it’s back! The WSOP Super Circuit Heads to London this Summer

The WSOP® is making a very welcome comeback to London this summer with an 18-day Super Circuit extravaganza offering more than £7 million in tournament guarantees.

The WSOP Super Circuit London festival is taking place at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, right next to Hyde Park and a stone’s throw from many of the capital’s top tourist attractions.

Sponsored by GGPoker, WSOP Super Circuit London will feature 15 official Circuit ring events from July 27 to August 13 and is being run in partnership with GGPoker. It’s been 13 years since the World Series hosted an event in the London capital and a ton of players will be looking to win big in the series.

The second half of the WSOP Super Circuit London schedule looks particularly lush with a £3 million guaranteed WSOP Super Circuit Main Event. There are two High Rollers on the menu – a £2,200 event which gets underway on August 7 (and comes with a £250,000 guaranteed prize pool) plus a £5,300k High Roller tournament which starts on August 12 and boasts a £500,000 guarantee. The £10,400 Super High Roller, which kicks off on August 13, also comes with a £500,000 guaranteed prize pool.

The series schedule also includes one of GGPoker’s special “Flip & Go” tourneys along with a £200k guaranteed deepstack tourney called the £500 No Limit Hold’em 50 Stack. All players sit down to a 50,000 chip stack and there are three starting flights with a single re-entry allowed per flight.

Cashless venue
Players should note that the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel is a cashless venue for the Series but there are multiple ways to register including via Luxon Pay or online through the GGPoker lobby. You can also email wsop@dtdpoker.com to arrange a bank wire or, if you’re a Dusk Till Dawn player, register at the cash desk there.

Top location
The Hyde Park location is ideal for those who want to combine playing poker with an ace city break. The JW Marriott Grosvenor House is within walking distance of numerous London attractions including the upmarket shopping haven of Knightsbridge, Buckingham Palace and Westminster plus top museums like the V&A, Natural History and Science museums and the lively nightlife of the West End.

The London series will be the first stop of the new 2023/2024 WSOPC season. Future dates are set to be announced shortly.
