Spanish player Cristian de Horna will be heading to next month’s Malta Poker Festival in style after winning an amazing €2,300 VIP package in a MainEventTravel giveaway. The 26-year-old from Madrid will be competing in the €500,000 guaranteed Grand Event as well as enjoying five nights’ accommodation at the luxurious 5* Hilton Malta.

About the Grand Event
The €550 buy-in Main Event – known as the Grand Event powered by Unibet DSO – is the showpiece of the festival, offering an impressive €500,000 guaranteed prize pool. Players will receive a 50,000 starting stack, and the tournament features seven starting flights, with 50-minute levels on Days 1a and 1b, followed by 40-minute levels Days 1c, 1d and 1e, and 20-minute turbos Day 1f and 1g. Players will be entitled to two re-entries and can register until Level 8 each day. You also have the option to play multiple starting days and bring forward your largest stack to Day 2. Players also receive a free casino buffet dinner on Grand Event play days.
