Prize

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to applicants aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors, ambassadors, and family members of employees of MainEventTravel.com and Dusk Till Dawn are not eligible to apply; entries and wins found to be as such will be declared null and void.

By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of Dusk Till Dawn, including any age and location restrictions applicable to their services.

To be eligible for the prize, the winner must create an account with MainEventTravel.com and Dusk Till Dawn Venue. Failure to create an account will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Upon attending Dusk Till Dawn, the winner is required to present valid identification (ID) for verification purposes. Failure to provide valid ID may result in forfeiture of the prize or refusal of entry to the venue.

The prize and travel credit are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative. The MainEventTravel.com travel credit will be deposited 48 hours into the winners account after the acceptance of the prize. It can only be used on Pay Now Hotels and flight reservations. If there is unused credit on the account, this can be used towards other Pay Now Hotel bookings or flight reservations and there is no expiry date in use of the credit.

Entry Method

Participants must like the MainEventTravel.com ‘Offers and Promotion’s Group’ on Facebook, Like the Luxon Mystery Bounty Package Giveaway Post pinned at the top of the group page and share the post and comment ‘Shared’.

The shared post must be public and be able to be viewed on your Facebook page, if this is private and unable to see, the entry will not be included in the giveaway.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Entries that are incomplete, or submitted outside of the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

Any entries deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, or slanderous may be disqualified at managements discretion.

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any other instructions provided by MainEventTravel.com.

Changes & Disruptions

MainEventTravel.com reserves the right to modify the giveaway period at its discretion, in which case the revised dates will be communicated via Facebook.

Any changes to the giveaway period will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions, and all eligible entries received before any modification will still be considered valid.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond MainEventTravel.com's control, including but not limited to technical issues, force majeure events, or disruptions imposed by third-party platforms, MainEventTravel.com may, at its discretion:

  1. Modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway without prior notice.
  2. Disqualify any entries or participants who violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent or unfair practices.
  3. Determine alternative methods for prize allocation or distribution, if applicable.

 Giveaway Period

The giveaway will end at Sunday 12th May at midnight UTC.

Entries received after the end date will not be considered.

Prize Winner

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on Facebook Live at 16:00 on Monday 13th May UTC). The winner will be notified via Facebook by direct message.

The winner must acknowledge receipt of the notification and accept the prize within 48 hours. If there is no acknowledgment or acceptance within this timeframe, the prize will be deemed invalid, and the promotion made null and void.

The winner must agree to wear a MainEventTravel.com patch prominently during any official events or activities associated with the prize.

Publicity

By entering, participants agree to participate in any publicity which can include news feature, social media posts and promotional activities related to the giveaway.

Any personal data or content provided may be used for promotional purposes.

 Liability

MainEventTravel.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

Participants indemnify MainEventTravel.com against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of their breach of these terms.

MainEventTravel.com shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions where such failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
