This London Poker Festival Mystery Bounty Giveaway includes:

  • One (1) Entry to the £500 (£200 + £250 + £50) Mystery Bounty Day 1B 4th September
  • One (1) night bed and breakfast single occupancy Hotel room nearby Aspers 4th September

 

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to applicants aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors, ambassadors, and family members of employees of MainEventTravel.com and Irish Poker Tour are not eligible to apply; entries and wins found to be as such will be declared null and void.

By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of Irish Poker Tour and Aspers, including any age and location restrictions applicable to their services.

To be eligible for the prize, the winner must create an account with MainEventTravel.com and Aspers. Failure to create an account will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Upon attending Aspers, the winner is required to present valid identification (ID) for verification purposes. Failure to provide valid ID may result in forfeiture of the prize or refusal of entry to the venue.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

·       TAG a poker player below the OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY POST on MET's X page

·       Entries close at midnight on Monday 5th August UTC, winner will be selected via live random draw on Wednesday 7th August. 

Please note: Your entry is eligible when the OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY POST appears on your X page for everyone to see (please check your privacy settings) and there is a name highlighted in your comment under OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY POST to let us know you have completed your entry.

MainEventTravel.com and 3rd party suppliers take no responsibility for entries that cannot be verified due to an individual’s privacy settings on X (Twitter), entries that cannot be verified may not be included in the giveaway.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Entries that are incomplete, or submitted outside of the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

Any entries deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, or slanderous may be disqualified at managements discretion.

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any other instructions provided by MainEventTravel.com related to the giveaway.

 

Changes & Disruptions

MainEventTravel.com reserves the right to modify the giveaway period at its discretion, in which case the revised dates will be communicated via Twitter.

Any changes to the giveaway period will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions, and all eligible entries received before any modification will still be considered valid.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond MainEventTravel.com's control, including but not limited to technical issues, force majeure events, or disruptions imposed by third-party platforms, MainEventTravel.com may, at its discretion:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway without prior notice.
  • Disqualify any entries or participants who violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent or unfair practices.
  • Determine alternative methods for prize allocation or distribution, if applicable.

 

Entry Period

The giveaway will close on Wednesday 7th August at midnight BST

Entries received after the end date will not be considered.

All times and dates are subject to MainEventTravel.com’s local time zone BST

 

Prize Winner

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on Facebook Live at on Friday 9th August BST. The winner will be notified via Twitter by direct message.

The winner must acknowledge receipt of the notification and accept the prize within 48 hours. If there is no acknowledgment or acceptance within this timeframe, the prize will be deemed invalid, and the promotion made null and void.

The winner must agree to wear a MainEventTravel.com patch prominently during any official events or activities associated with the prize.

MET reserves the right to exclude entry to players who have 1) won a MainEventTravel.com promotion within the last 6 months and 2) have not adhered to Ts & Cs on this or a previous occasion 

MET will book a suitable hotel for the winner for 1 night 4th September or the winner can collect £100 MET Travel Credit.

Publicity

By entering, participants agree to participate in any publicity which can include news feature, social media posts and promotional activities related to the giveaway.

Any personal data or content provided may be used for promotional purposes.

 

Liability

MainEventTravel.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

Participants indemnify MainEventTravel.com against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of their breach of these terms.

MainEventTravel.com shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions where such failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
