For Nica, the result was his second runner-up finish of the season. He won £7,650 last night and £8,966 in August when he was second at Unibet UK Nottingham. Both times he has been the longest-lasting Unibet qualifier. and won a Unibet Open package.

The last woman standing was Kat Khytushko, a local cash game player. Kat, who has only competed in a handful of live tournaments, decided to jump into the event at the very last possible moment on Day 1b – to bring the prize pool up to an even £45,000. She finished fifth for £2,920, more than double her total live tournament winnings to date. Unibet e-sport ambassador Fabian 'Kioshima' Fiey was knocked out in 10th place for £910. Others who competed in the £200 + £20 buy-in event were Unibet Ambassadors Ian Simpson, David Lappin and Rauno "Estonian Jesus" Tahvonen along with numerous eSports stars.
