Biggest UK Ladies Event to take place at Goliath

A brand new tournament is taking place at this year’s Goliath at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry – with the first ever Grosvenor UK Women’s Poker Championship. The £50 + £8 buy-in tournament takes place next Sunday (July 29) and will be hosted by Grosvenor Ambassador Katie Swift.

In addition to the hefty guarantee, Grosvenor is also awarding a Goliath Main Event ticket to both the winner and unfortunate bubble girl, along with a real money online ticket for all finalists. The final table will be streamed live from the feature table, courtesy of Cardroom Direct.

This year’s Goliath is set to break all records with more than 6,500 players expected to compete in the Main Event. This will be the 11th year that Goliath is taking place at Casino Coventry in the Ricoh Arena. The £100 + £25 Main Event, which starts next Saturday, is the largest live poker tournament outside of the USA and comes with a £100,000 guarantee.

Main Event Travel Special Offer
