Prize

The winner will receive:

  • One (1) Entry to the $1,100 buy-in Luxon Pay Mystery Bounty with $1,000,000 GPP
  • Three (3) Nights at the luxurious 5* Merit Crystal Cove with full board
  •  $300 MainEventTravel.com Travel Credit to use towards Flight or Hotels

 

Eligibility

This competition is open to applicants aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors, ambassadors, and family members of employees of MainEventTravel.com, EAPT and Luxon Pay are not eligible to apply; entries and wins found to be as such will be declared null and void.

By entering the competition, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of EAPT and Merit Crystal Cove, including any age and location restrictions applicable to their services.

To be eligible for the prize, the winner must create an account with MainEventTravel.com. Failure to create an account will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Upon attending Merit Crystal Cove for the EAPT, the winner is required to present valid identification (ID) for verification purposes. Failure to provide valid ID may result in forfeiture of the prize or refusal of entry to the venue.

The prize and travel credit are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative. The MainEventTravel.com travel credit will be deposited into the winners account within 48 hours of acceptance of the prize. It can only be used on Pay Now Hotels and Flight reservations only. If there is unused credit on the account, this can be used towards other Pay Now Hotel bookings or flight reservations and there is no expiry date in use of the credit. Buy-ins and Pay Hotel are excluded and may be cancelled if purchased using Travel Credit allocated in Giveaway.

Entry Method

Participants must follow the MainEventTravel.com X (Twitter) Page, Like the giveaway post pinned at the top of the page and share the post and tag 2 of your favourite poker players.

The names of your favourite poker players will be valid when they turn blue.

MainEventTravel.com and 3rd party suppliers take no responsibility for entries that cannot be verified due to an individual’s privacy settings on X (Twitter), entries that cannot be verified may not be included in the giveaway.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Entries that are incomplete, or submitted outside of the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

Any entries deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, or slanderous may be disqualified at managements discretion.

By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any other instructions provided by MainEventTravel.com related to the competition.

Changes & Disruptions

MainEventTravel.com reserves the right to modify the competition period at its discretion, in which case the revised dates will be communicated via X (Twitter).

Any changes to the competition period will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions, and all eligible entries received before any modification will still be considered valid.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond MainEventTravel.com's control, including but not limited to technical issues, force majeure events, or disruptions imposed by third-party platforms, MainEventTravel.com may, at its discretion:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the competition without prior notice.
  • Disqualify any entries or participants who violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent or unfair practices.
  • Determine alternative methods for prize allocation or distribution, if applicable.

Entry Period

Entries close at midnight Sunday 14th April UTC

Entries received after the end date will not be considered.

All times and dates are subject to MainEventTravel.com’s local time zone (UTC)

Prize Winner

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on Facebook Live at 15:00 on Monday 15th April UTC. The winner will be notified via X (Twitter) by direct message.

The winner must acknowledge receipt of the notification and accept the prize within 48  hours. If there is no acknowledgment or acceptance within this timeframe, the prize will be deemed invalid, and the promotion made null and void.

The winner must agree to wear a MainEventTravel.com patch prominently during any official events or activities associated with the prize.

The winner of this giveaway will be required to confirm their preferred Day 1 entry within 48 hours of acceptance of prize.

Publicity

By entering, participants agree to participate in any publicity which can include news feature, social media posts and promotional activities related to the competition.

Any personal data or content provided may be used for promotional purposes.

Liability

MainEventTravel.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the event or acceptance of the prize.

By accepting the prize participants agree that MainEventTravel.com is not liable for any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising.

MainEventTravel.com shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions where such failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
